I watch a lot and keep very little. 21 entries so far, every one watched start to finish before it went up.

What gets in

Craft, any subject. A well-made thing about something I know nothing about beats a sloppy one about a subject I love, every time. Is the camera pointed at the right thing, does the edit trust you, are the silences allowed to sit - that's roughly the whole filter.

What doesn't get in: anything built to hold attention rather than to be watched. The recap after every break, the music bed under everything, the payoff that never lands. You know the shape.
