"What even is reality" and "what do we even actually know about the universe" are the doubts I left the video with.

It's not that math rests on assumptions, it's that this particular one was proven to be undecidable from the others, so you genuinely choose which mathematics you are doing.

And it comes with a nice bonus of breaking your mind trying to grasp infinities. Yes, they are conceptually simple on the surface, but they are also so complex, seemingly.

Ironically, I left with more questions than before, which probably is a good thing.
