How Do Computers Remember?

My take on this video
Sometimes I randomly thought - "but how do computers actually remember?"
Seemingly, it's a pretty simple question, but it's not. Pretty much all of the answers that came to my mind either hit a wall of scaling, reliability, or complexity.
Then this video made me revisit my definition of what simple and complex mean in terms of computers.
This, shown in the video, is an EXTREMELY simply explained concept of how computers store. But it seems like too much work, no? yeah, and that's the privilege - computers are extremely complex inventions, simplified to the degree that an average Joe can use them just fine, daily.
Roughly the same with the video - the actual real-life storage of computers is far more complex, but this video demoes the fundamentals for a newcomer very well.
Kinda strange how I never came across Seb's channel before today. Solid work.

Coding Adventure: Rendering Fluids
Fluid needs far more for simulation than I expected... and I already expected it needed quite a lot.
