What Every Body Fat % Actually Looks Like (50% to 5%)

This video completely changed my perception of how bodyfat% looks in women. I knew a fair bit about men, and I assumed women were around the same band. Boy.. was I wrong :D

btw, this is a really good way to have a realistic view of what each bf% looks like, instead of going via the general internet stereotypes.

And I was surprised once or twice - and prolly you will be too - about how insanely much bf% distribution affects how your bf% looks on you.

It also comes with a nice perk of letting you know a rough distribution of the given bf% and looks, as well as how healthy it is, and what pros and cons it brings in some cases.
